This year it is May 7\, 1:00–5:00 PM\, rain or shine. \nWhat is Music MAYnia?\nMusic MAYnia is an annual music performathon and community festival. Held on the first Sunday in May\, Music MAYnia is free and open to the public and features live music\, games & activities\, food trucks\, and more. Student performers of all ages and abilities perform live continuous music (ranging from classical to rock) on four stages. It’s a popular music festival that many community members attend—and look forward to—every year. \nHang loose with us and enjoy this year’s Groovy ’60s Music MAYnia!

SUMMARY:En Ka Fair
DESCRIPTION:The En Ka Fair has been a tradition in Winchester since planning began in 1934. Scheduled for the third weekend in May\, it has grown from a single ride and a few games into a much anticipated occasion. Generations of families in Winchester and surrounding communities have attended and continue to support tradition. The Fair is our primary source of fundraising dollars and funds raised support our Grants\, Social Service\, Pantry and community outreach programs during the year. In May\, 1935 the En Ka Society held its first street fair. It was a novelty to Winchester and was a huge success\, attracting thousands. The first fair was held in the parking lot at the rear  of Town Hall\, running from Washington Street to what is now  known as Sandy’s Island. Brightly painted posts\, balloons\, and    a sign marked the entrance to the “street.” \nContinuing to this day\, the En Ka Fair marks the beginning of summer for many citizens\, old and young alike. We hope you will join us in May for this fun-filled event!
